Dear Ray,

On behalf of everyone at TriHealth SeniorLink I would like to thank you for serving as the general contractor on the Elizabeth Williams Wish List Project. I relied on you to make sure the project ran smoothly, that subcontractors performed as agreed, and that Mrs. Williams' property was not damaged in any way.

I also want to thank you for handling the building permits and for making sure that everything was installed according to code. We could not have taken on this project without relying on your expertise.

I was notified today that the lift is now in and Mrs. Williams is pleased. Again thank you for your help.
